1. Digital Download & Sales Finality

Since our products are digital goods and delivered instantly via download, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access to the digital archive (.zip file) is generated.

2. Technical Error & Duplicate Transaction Refund Timeline

In the event of a duplicate transaction or a technical error where payment is successful but delivery fails and cannot be fulfilled via alternate download links, the excess or failed payment amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders for instant digital products cannot be canceled once the payment is processed and digital download access is granted. Please review all product specifications on our website prior to purchase.
